The whole anime thing has been dealt with. At first I pretty much ignored it when worfox took over, but then it got so bad that people began calling me a "weeaboo" simply because I was on the OC team when I don't watch anime at all.

I generally ignored them. I figured it was because of all the Japanese players.

For a contest where there's a 1024x2048 size limit and no 3D skyboxes.

I'd make the path more broken and less "clean" tbh.

I'd make the dirt go over the path instead of the path over the dirt

I would suggest going back to what you had first (square-ish, after all they are tiles) and then actually cutting of some angles and putting func_detail tile-parts near the incomplete tiles.

Oh and the current path somehow makes me think it was created ages ago by lava or something, like sayd before its way to 'bubbled'

You could also maybe do with a few less grave stones, and put a 3d tree in it to 'break' the endless row of 2d trees

just a thought

Done with it.

I really like the pathway the way it is, but I did make it less bubbly looking.
