Locating Res Files.

1. First download GCFScape

2. Install -> Run

3. Close Steam (This is a must or else the program will deny access)

4. When open -> Click File -> Open -> Locate Platform.GCF

(Typically Located - x:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps)

5. Open Platform.GCF

6. Many folders and subdirectories will appear, look through the directories for the res that is needed. Each res file represents a different screen of steam.

Typically Used Res Files:

SteamRootDialog: Root -> Steam -> Cached

TrackerScheme: Root -> Resource
