Map sounds

Hey, this is my first tutorial. I intend to cover how to make sounds loop and play in a map without the need for soundscapes. Some may know this little workaround, so il just inform those who dont, if thats anyone.

1. Create the desired ambient_generic entities and pick the sound, volume etc. but give it a name, something relevant to what its playing like "loopywind1" or "ambientrain1" or something. Also ensure that the Start silent spawnflag is ticked, and if its a wind sound or something, as it probably will be, untick is NOT looped.

2. Create a Logic_auto entity anywhere inside your map and goto the Outputs tab

3. Make a new output that should have the Onmapspawn output. Target your ambient_generic and give the input Playsound.

If tested at this point it will not play the first round, but it will play every round after that. Some may want to leave it at that, but for those who don't...

4. Copy the ambient_generic to a location very close, but not directly on, the starting entity. I do it not directly on top so I dont get confused and/or fustrated trying to select it.

5. Go into its spawnflags and untick Start silent.

This copy of the sound will only play for the first round, but the other should come into play the next.
