How to run a perfect listen server

>>If you have a router read here:
Search google for the following: port forwarding for <your router name and model>
Find out how to port forward for your router and forward to port 27015 for both TCP and UDP. If you don't know how to do this you obviously did read the above instruction.
Now whenever you start up your server in console type sv_lan 0 This makes it so people from outside the router can join the server.
Next download http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com/mani_admin_plugin/v1_1_0zk/mani_admin_plugin_v1_1_0zk.zip
Extract all the files to %STEAMUSERNAME%/counter-strike source/
Now we are going to have to find out your steamid, join and random public server and type status in console. Find your name then you will see something like STEAM:0.1 ect. That is your steam ID.
Open the file %CSTRIKEDIRECTORY%/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/adminlist.txt
At the bottom add:
<STEAMID>
UNKNOWN
Dont forget to add the unknown, sometimes if you don't it wont let you be admin. Save the file.
Open the file %CSTRIKEDIRECTORY%/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/cexeclist_all.txt
Add this at the bottom:
"Low Ping Command" cl_cmdrate -30
Save the file.
Start up your server through Create Server in Counter-Strike: Source. When opened enter sv_lan 0 in console.
Whenever someone joins the server type admin in console. Then a menu will pop-up in game. Select Client Commands, All Players, Low Ping Command. This will lower all players ping to 5-10.
REMEMBER! WHEN YOU CREATE THE SERVER TYPE sv_lan 0 IN CONSOLE!
