I try this and it says "unable to attach to machine " (and gives my machine name)

Checked my install of Visual Studio .NET 2003 Enterprise Edition v7.1.3088 and there was a single piece not installed "remote native debugging" so I added it, rebooted, and still the same.
Also turned off the windows "firewall" (got a hardware one anyway) but still no luck.
