Do not confuse the majority of people who post in forums for the majority of people who view a site. If you look at site usage statistics, you'll realize that there is a difference between the two groups. This difference is especially pronounced when you consider the fact that it's usually a small group of about a dozen trolls who start the petty and rediculous conversations.
