Summary
You have most likely been directed here because you have been given a path to your steam user's folder.
YourUserName corresponds to the username you use to login to Steam

Advanced
This folder is normally in your "Program Files" folder and then under the subdirectory path:
Valve\Steam\SteamApps\
If you only have only ever used one username on your current computer a quick way to get to your username's path in DOS is to type the following:
cd\program files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\*
Unfortunately * does not work in config files etc, so you will normally be forced to change all settings relating to your username's folder manually.
